LEHERRY ( The Music Factory) formed and created by Shri Ashish Kumar an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies Mumbai, and a script lyrics writer in his own right was dedicated to the service of procuring young talent from across the country. LEHERRY is a Music Label and Entertainment Company with a Goal to create World class digital content. Our platform introduces and supports new upcoming talent. PAMELA ASHISH KUMAR

Pamela trained and worked in Israel in the field of Advertising & Corporate Communication with leading Israeli Companies and various American multinationals.

Back in India, she has worked as an advertising and Marketing professional for brands like VIDEOCON, PHILIPS, RACOLD, SANSUI, LIJJAT, UJALA and Many more. Pamela has over 30yrs years of experience in Producing and directing Musical shows, daily soaps and reality shows for Doordarshan like KAUN JEETA KAUN HARA- First ever Antakshari Programme on Television, FILMI ADALAT, SATYA, BEMAUT, JANTA DURBAR, PRATIBIMB, KAALOKH KITCHEN KING. She has also produced and directed VOTER’S AWARENESS CAMPAIGH FOR ELECTION COMISSION featuring leading artist like Nana Patekar, Hema Malini, Suniel Shetty, Akshay Kumar, Neelam, Shakti Kapoor, Singers were Suresh Wadkar and Asha Bhonsle.

She has conceptualized and executed many events including Live events for O.N.G.C., Indian Military Academy – Dehradun, Navy Ball and Uttarakhand Police Musical events.

A long association with Music and a creative mind has made her a successful Lyricist with over 60 songs to her credit.

Pamela Ashish Kumar’s association with the company is to create A One Stop Platform for talented singers, lyricist and music directors. LEHERRY will produce a new generation of music talent wherein everything from the concept to the release of the Music Video will be done inhouse by a team of talented professionals. Pamela’s Goal is to create a rich music heritage with authentic and mass appeal creative content.

LEORA SINHA

Leora is an accomplished Music Video Director with over 50+ songs to her credit. She started her career with Universal Music Company and Venus Records & Tapes. She has created Music Promos for Popular Artists across the Globe like Shania Twain, Beyonce, Boy Zone, Back Street Boys, Jenifer Lopez, Abba.

Leora has conceptualised and directed music videos for Various Hindi and Punjabi Artist. Notably amongst them are Na Baba Na Baba (Altaf Raja), Meri Berry ke Ber (Various Artist), Inn Nasheeli Aankhon Mein ( Anuradha Paudwal & Nitin Mukesh), Gham Judaai Ka ( Altaf Raja) and other artist like Sadhna Sargam, Hema Sardesai, Sapna Awasthi , Baba Khan, Inderjit Nikku, Roop Kumar & Sonali Rathod including almost all the music videos of Altaf Raja. Music Videos directed by Leora have garnered millions of views on various media platforms and always featured in the Top 10 List of Music channels. Leora has also created and shot promos/ promotional campaigns for films like Badshah, Josh, Dhadkan, Kahi Pyaar Na Ho Jaye, Jaanwar, Tum se achaa Kaun Hai, Mela, Dhai Akshar Pyaar Ka and many more.

Leora worked as The Creative Head on Zee Tv’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa and ANTAKSHARI. During her association with music reality shows she has headed the talent hunt for singers across the country. She has also Created and Produced A musical daily fiction Show titled ‘Jai Maa Vindhyavasini’ for Big Magic which rated No. 1 with the highest TRP on the channel.

Being a part of the creative and technical industry for the longest part of her career Leora Sinha’s association with the company is to create Top Notch Entertainment Content Inhouse. LEHERRY will produce world class digital content, Music Videos, Films, OTT Shows right from the conceptualisation to the final Product in economical budgets. The Team of Media Professional working with us will be extremely talented and trend setters.
